Adobe AIR for Linux alpha on Ubuntu 7.10

Linux対応が明記されてなくても結構遜色なく動作している。
twhirl が良さげだなぁ。twitter の習慣化ができるかも。

Adobe Media Player はどうなんだ？よくわからんけど使い勝手はそんなに悪くない。
Adobe Media Player 自体がすごいというよりも、Adobe Media Player みたいなものが作れてしまう AIR がすごい、という感じ。
表現力は他の RIA と比べものにならないくらい高いな。

なんか作りたい。。。

Adobe AIR for Linux alpha のインストール方法は記述されている通り、そのままいける。

NOTE: You need to grant execution rights to the bin file. To grant execution rights, run the command "chmod +x adobeair_linux_a1_033108.bin" in a terminal window. In some distributions of Linux, you can also adjust permission settings by right mouse clicking on a file and selecting the "Properties" menu item. For example, in Ubuntu, right click on a file, select "Properties", click the "Permissions" tab, check "Allow executing file as program", click "close" and double click on the file to execute it.

ダウンロードしたファイルに対して、以下コマンドで実行権限を付与する。
$ chmod +x adobeair_linux_a1_033108.bin
以下コマンドでインストール実行。あとは流れにしたがってインストール完了。
$ adobeair_linux_a1_033108.bin

アプリはこのあたりからダウンロードすると良い。
